Phlebotomist (Islandwide/ Shift & Office Hour) (ID: 667964)

Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy and electrocardiogram (ECG) in an accurate, efficient and professional way, and assist in basic laboratory tests processing such as point of care meters
• Responsible for skillful, timely, accurate and sufficient collection of blood specimens from patients using various techniques such as venipuncture, capillary collection and/or heel pricks as required for clinical tests
• Assist in basic administrative works such as inventories management and statistic collation
• Ensuring compliance to safety requirement and participate in quality improvement projects and training programs

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma in Medical Technology, Nursing or Certificate of Phlebotomy
• Relevant experience in phlebotomy (preferred) and ECG (advantageous)
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have initiative and able to work well in a team
