Job Title: Phlebotomist Location:   Kadena , Okinawa 9040200 Japan Duties: Login/order patient lab tests Issue collection kits Perform phlebotomy of patients Perform sample processing which includes: Centrifugation .

Pouring off of samples into shipping tubes.

Plating microbiology samples.

Preparing sample shipments.

Perform/review waived clinical laboratory testing in accordance with established operating instructions (OI), ensuring reporting of accurate results within established turnaround time.

Maintain records of work accomplished, time expended, and prepare/review reports as required.

Qualification: Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Phlebotomy Certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certificate through a nationally accredited agency.
