The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for a Phlebotomist to support our government customer located in Silver Spring, MD.
The hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Responsible for the collection and handling of blood specimens and related assessment of volunteer safety used in diagnosing and tracking illnesses, drug testing, clinical trials, or other health-related areas requiring a blood sample.
+ Prepare lab tube requirements and associated paperwork for next-day visits, ensuring all required documents are present and the correct version.
