PeaceHealth Reference Lab in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Supervisor Phlebotomy for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $30.12 – $45.18. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
This position will help cover the reference labs in Bellingham, Sedro Woolley and Lynden, Washington.
**Job Summary**
The Phlebotomy Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lab Assistant / Phlebotomy team, ensuring high-quality patient care. This position involves managing a remote team of Lab Assistants / Phlebotomists, including Leads. Performs, monitors, and troubleshoots the more complex needs of the department.
