About the job: Phlebotomy Training Manager (Makati) | Onsite 
Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati) 
We need a Phlebotomy Training Manager to lead our training program for aspiring and current phlebotomists. We're looking for an experienced registered medical technologist or registered nurse with a passion for mentoring and operational excellence. 
Responsibilities: 
Design and deliver a comprehensive, DOH-aligned training curriculum 
Lead classroom, simulation, and on-the-job coaching sessions 
Oversee certification, assessments, and deployment readiness 
Collaborate with HR & Ops to build a strong clinical talent pipeline 
Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement 
Ensure compliance with safety, ethics, and clinical standards
Requirements: 
Licensed healthcare professional (RMT, RN, etc.) 
Strong background in phlebotomy or clinical training
