Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role located in Jbeil for a phone operator. the phone operator will communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations.


Shift Overview: Night shift, 9 hours/shift, different shift timings are available

Working days: Monday to Friday

Office presence is mandatory

Salary in USD + benefits including transportation and insurance



Qualifications



•Fluency in English is a must

• Age: 25 years old and above

• Preference is given to those living in Jbeil and its surrounding areas

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively

• Experience as a phone operator or a similar role

• Excellent Customer Support skills
