About The Role

• The Phone Operator position is one of the first ways we can provide Red Carpet treatment to all our clients. Phone operators are responsible for answering incoming calls or texts from our clients and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team to answer their questions or address concerns. This role involves providing clear communication with clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
