Role Objective Manage inbound phone, chat, and email inquiries from prospective patients interested in stem cell therapies. Provide clear and trustworthy information, schedule medical appointments, and close sales through persuasive, compliant communication across remote channels. Conduct timely, structured follow-ups to drive conversions and revenue.
