Photonics Process Senior Engineer

Our client is looking for a Technical Expert in Photonics Process to scale advanced fabrication methods in silicon photonics.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee development of new process solutions and troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues
Establish and develop fabrication techniques for photonic integrated circuit platform with silicon photonics through advanced packaging methods
Develop designs for passive and active devices for hybrid silicon photonics systems
Identify underlying causes of process or yield issues and implement corrective actions to meet performance and yield objectives
Work closely with teams across design, testing, and manufacturing to improve processes and ensure efficient production readiness
Support Introduction and qualification of new technologies or products from development into manufacturing
Requirements
5+ years of experience in microelectronics, silicon photonics or integrated photonics
