Photonics Process Senior Engineer

Our client is looking for a Technical Expert in Photonics Process to scale advanced fabrication methods in silicon photonics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee development of new process solutions and troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues
• Establish and develop fabrication techniques for photonic integrated circuit platform with silicon photonics through advanced packaging methods
• Develop designs for passive and active devices for hybrid silicon photonics systems
• Identify underlying causes of process or yield issues and implement corrective actions to meet performance and yield objectives
• Work closely with teams across design, testing, and manufacturing to improve processes and ensure efficient production readiness
• Support Introduction and qualification of new technologies or products from development into manufacturing
