Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable PHP Developer to maintain, optimize, and enhance our internal CRM system. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, email integrations, and web application maintenance. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, improving performance, and implementing small feature enhancements while maintaining a high standard of code quality and security.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve the company's internal PHP/MySQL CRM platform.
Manage customer inquiry workflows, CSR processes, and correspondence management systems.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot IMAP email integrations and mailbox synchronization processes.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize scheduled cron jobs and automated workflows.
Investigate and resolve production issues, bugs, and system errors efficiently. <...
