What You Will Do
Lead design and development of complex business applications and integrations.
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior and mid-level developers.
Conduct technical reviews, establish coding standards, and promote engineering excellence.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance platform performance and reliability.
Maintain high standards of software quality, documentation, and testing practices.
