Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Assistant

We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Wauwatosa, WI, seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physician Assistant license in Wisconsin
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a PA (SNF, geriatrics, internal medicine, or rehab experience strongly preferred)
