365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible PM&R Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Schenectady, New York.

 Position Snapshot Base Salary: $250,000 $270,000
Incentives: Up to $50,000 in quality bonuses
Schedule: Daytime hours
Call: No overnight call (covered by internal medicine team)
