Physical Design Manager

We are partnering with a leading IC Design house seeking a Physical Design Manager to lead a team of backend engineers focused on advanced digital chip implementation. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities in project planning, execution, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of physical design engineers across block-level and top-level digital implementation, from netlist to GDS.
• Oversee Place & Route (P&R), Static Timing Analysis (STA), Physical Verification (PV), Power Analysis (PA), and ECO (pre/post-mask) execution.
• Provide technical guidance in resolving complex issues related to timing closure, low-power design (UPF), and physical constraints (SDC).
• Drive top-level physical design planning including partitioning, floorplanning, bump/RDL/ESD planning, pin/feedthrough strategy, and integration.
