We currently have an opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse post across our South and Central West Manchester Specialist Community Mental Health Teams based at Kingslea House.

Mental health services in Manchester are commencing their journey around Community Transformation, working towards a new community mental health framework vision for a place‑based community mental health model.

As part of this new model, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual with strong clinical skills who is motivated to support the development of our Specialist CMHTs, with a focus on monitoring and improving the physical health and wellbeing of our patients, using the PHIT assessment tool, and delivering safe and effective medication interventions.
