At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we support Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and their families by delivering a range of programs and services focused on mental, social, physical, financial and familial wellbeing.

THE ROLE As a deployed Reconditioning Specialist, you will deliver exercise and reconditioning services to Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations overseas for six months. Your work will enhance troop morale and welfare, improve functional abilities for service members affected by medical conditions, and support overall mission readiness.

Lead reconditioning programs for CAF members with medical conditions.

Design specific programs and services that support reconditioning and prevent future injury.

Provide training and professional development to local team members.

Assist partners with healthy practices and injury prevention initiatives.
