**Summary:**

Meta is seeking a leader experienced to become part of our Central Operations - Design, Engineering, and Construction (DEC) team. The DEC team endeavors to advance the state of physical security infrastructure and building systems through strategic and innovative solutions. In this Regional Manager position, you will support all new build and retrofit projects for the workplace in the EMEA and APAC regions. You will endeavor to develop, facilitate, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and consistency in how physical security infrastructure and other building systems are designed and delivered to empower Global Workplace Services (GWS) overall mission to deliver first class workspaces for the business.You should understand critical aspects of project design such that you can guide scalable design solutions for both technology and non-technology solutions within the built environment.
