Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver in-home physiotherapy services, supporting patient recovery, mobility, and overall well-being. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, coordinate discharge planning, and educate families throughout the recovery process.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted Michigan PT license
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (home health preferred)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within Hillsdale County
