Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 120 bed long term care facility located in Roslyn, PA, with a robust short term rehab to home population.  Our rehabilitation department is in house and we are looking for a great clinician to join the family.  

We have Full-Time and PRN positions available.

• Under a physician’s order, provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care. Treatment modalities may include; individual, concurrent and group.
