Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Kadima Health and Nursing at Palmyra is looking to hire a PTA to join our team!

Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Palmyra is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide for them a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

Treatment Implementation: Conduct therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities as outlined in the PT’s plan of care.
+ Administer physical agents such as heat, cold, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound. Assist and train residents in using devices like walkers, canes, and prosthetics.
+ Observe residents before, during, and after therapy; report status changes or adverse reactions to the supervising PT.
+ Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and billing records, in compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., CMS standards).
