River Terrace Retirement Community is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the care team in Bluffton, Indiana. This flexible, as-needed position is ideal for a skilled PTA who enjoys delivering high-quality therapy services in a supportive, resident-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions that improve strength, mobility, and function
Document services provided and collaborate with the care team to ensure progress
