Physical Therapist Assistant

National Home Care Agency is seeking a compassionate and reliable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, strength, and independence in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
+ Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care
+ Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities
+ Monitor and document patient progress
+ Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
+ Communicate patient updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
+ Complete timely and accurate documentation
+ Travel to patient homes within assigned areas

Qualifications
+ Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
+ Active state PTA license
+ CPR/BLS Certification
+ Home health experience preferred
