Summary This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), ECHCS within the PM&R Service. This position provides Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment to patients throughout Eastern Colorado Healthcare System. Services may be provided on an inpatient or outpatient basis, depending upon the needs of the service and the therapist's experience. Evaluation includes but is not limited to chart review, medical history, tests and measures, pain scale, social needs, rehabilitation potential, patient and therapy goals with time frames, and using outcome measures to assess the level of patient function.
