Physical Therapist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a **Physical Therapist** for our client in **Batesville, AR** !

**Type:** 6 + months, with potential for extension

**Pay Range:** $57 to $59/hr

**Location:** Coverage areas: 50-mile radius surrounding Batesville, AR

**Schedule:** 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday – Friday; 32 to 40 hours a week

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

**Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:**

+ Primarily responsible for conducting Physical Therapy (PT) evaluations, reassessments, and Start of Care (SOC) visits for home health patients.
+ May also provide ongoing treatment visits as needed to support patient care and continuity of services.
+ Must be efficient in documentation as the policy is sync back time in 24 hours or less, and priority of thorough, quality care visits
