Job Description

Overview Position:  Physical Therapist - Outpatient 
Location:  12 Troy Rd. Delaware, OH 43015 
Type of Employment:  Full-time 
Schedule:  Monday/Wednesday (8am-2pm), Tuesday/Thursday (8am-7pm), Friday (7am-4pm) 
Compensation:  $75,000 - $110,000, annually, based on years of experience 
Incentives:  $15,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit ($350 monthly tuition assistance)
