Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver in-home physiotherapy services, supporting patient recovery, mobility, and overall well-being. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, coordinate discharge planning, and educate families throughout the recovery process.


RequirementsQualifications:
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current, unrestricted Michigan PT license
Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (home health preferred)
