Physical Therapist-Mid City Outpatient

JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION Plans and implements specific treatment programs for assigned patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Job is performed appropriately for the age population served as defined in the department’s scope of service.
