Location: White Earth Health Center, Ogema, MN & Nay-Tah-Waush Clinic (Mahnomen, MN)Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00AM4:30PM (No overtime)
Summary The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in an outpatient clinic environment serving Native American patients across the lifespanfrom infants to the elderly. This role independently evaluates and treats patients with orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, and chronic conditions, develops treatment plans, documents in the EHR, and participates in interdisciplinary care with clinic providers and medical staff.
