Job Description
Corewell Health is offering a $1,000 as a sign on bonus for external hires.
Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Standard Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters or Doctorate Degree preferred.
+ Written or verbal communication skills required. Word processing and computer skills required. It is preferred that pediatric therapists have NDT certification and competency in serial casting.
+ Michigan State License in Physical Therapy required.
+ BLS certification required.
+ State of Michigan Driver’s License Home Care Lines
