Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy - Sports Rehab

Status: 1.0 FTE (Exempt)

Location: Capital City Health Club and Sports Rehab ( 1280 N Montana Ave, Helena, MT 59601)

Assists the Department Director in day to day operations of outpatient physical therapy. Divides time between direct patient care for physical therapy outpatients (75-85%) and supervisory duties (15-25%). Provides supervision to outpatient Physical Therapists at their location. Conducts one to one check in meetings with PT staff periodically, and conducts annual reviews for staff Physical Therapists in the assigned location in collaboration with the Department Director. Facilitates PT meetings at this location in collaboration with the Director, and delegates projects to staff as needed.
