Physical Therapist

Our client is seeking a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing Waco branch. This is a chance to move away from the high-volume, conveyor belt feel of a traditional clinic and focus on delivering high-impact, one-on-one care where it matters most: in the patient's home. You will be responsible for helping patients recover from surgery, injury, or chronic illness while enjoying the professional autonomy that only home health provides.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluations & Plans of Care: Perform initial physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Functional Rehabilitation: Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance retraining focused on real-world home safety.
