Physical Therapy Assistant For Home Health

Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team, serving patients in the South Bay of Los Angeles. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

+ Provide in-home physical therapy visits under the supervision of a PT

+ Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

+ Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement

+ Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner

+ Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team
