Physical Therapy Clinic in Bchamoun- Candidates should preferably live in the area.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and check them in/out efficiently



Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages



Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic software



Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays or payments



Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality



Coordinate with therapists to manage workflow and daily schedules



Keep the front office area clean, organized, and stocked with forms and supplies



Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)



Previous experience in a medical or therapy office is a plus



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
