Job Summary

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join our customer's team as an AI Trainer. In this remote role, you will leverage your expertise in anesthesiology, pain management, and perioperative care to train and refine artificial intelligence models that enhance patient safety, optimize clinical workflows, and support decision-making in anesthesia delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to train AI algorithms for anesthesiology and perioperative care applications.
• Review, annotate, and interpret clinical datasets to enhance AI understanding of anesthesia protocols and patient management.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and other clinicians to define real-world use cases and improve model accuracy.
