Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine

Job Description
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a 21-day assignment in New York, starting Jul 23, 2026. This role involves 12-hour shifts, covering both nights and days, to provide emergency department coverage for a diverse patient population, collaborating with physicians and other advanced practice providers.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 12-hour emergency department coverage, including night and day shifts.
• See pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Collaborate with a single physician and another advanced practice provider.
• Participate in managing a daily census of approximately 73 patients, split between day and night shifts.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine-Critical Care Medicine, or Internal Medicine with Focused Practice in Hospital Medicine.
