Physician Assistant In Obgyn Calgary

Become a key member of the Obstetrics and Gynecology team at Peter Lougheed Centre in Calgary. We're looking for a Physician Assistant with a completed PA degree to enhance patient care in a supportive setting.

This 1.0 FTE position requires you to assist with c-sections and gynecologic surgeries in our busy Labour/Delivery unit. You'll engage with a diverse patient base, conducting assessments, and devising care plans for complicated pregnancy and gynecologic conditions. Typically, your schedule will be Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts focused on patient support and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in c-sections and gynecology surgeries
• Perform gynecology consultations for inpatients
• Assess and create care plans for patients
• Communicate patient needs to healthcare teams
