Physician Assistant - Neurology

Summary The OKC VA is looking for a Physician Assistant (Neurology) at the Reynolds Hospital in Fort Sill, OK. Responsibilities Review and report test results, coordinate referrals, collaborate with private care providers for patient care. Provide follow-up care to patients with complex headache syndromes and general neurological conditions towards the goal of clinical stabilization. Evaluate and coordinate multidisciplinary treatments of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, orthotics and prosthetics for the Neurology patient population. Provide orders of other treatment modalities including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, Speech Language, Wound Care, and the fitting of orthotics and prosthetics. Coordinate timely participation and case discussion with other members of the Neurology & Rehabilitation team to properly assess patients with neurological complaints.
