Thoracic Surgical Physician Assistant

Nuvance Health Department of Thoracic Surgery is seeking a board-certified part-time thoracic surgical physician assistant to join its group at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. This position is hospital focused with limited office exposure.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and NCCPA certified
• Strong surgical and patient management experience
• Responsibilities include surgical first assisting, daily rounds, consults, admissions and discharges
• Will work with vascular surgery as needed
• Candidates with at least one year of surgical experience preferred
