We are seeking a Per Diem, Part Time Physician (independent contractor) to provide primary care services to all patient populations in a Joint Commission certified clinic integrated with behavioral health services and operating as a patient-centered medical home with locations and opportunities in the Lancaster/Palmdale and the San Fernando Valley.
