Work Dates Needed: Ongoing May 2026Preferred Schedule:7am-7pm telephonic call for assigned facility. Onsite coverage 8am-5p. Ideally, a working schedule of at least 5 days per week. The physicians and advanced practice providers deliver comprehensive medical management for patients residing in post-acute care facilities.
