Senior & Residential Care; a service of Community Health of Central Washington is searching for a Geriatric Physician and Nursing facility medical director to provide primary care medical services to include; routine care for chronic, acute and preventive health needs of patients of the SRCare program. Visit types will include admission to participating facilities, routine periodic visits, and interim visits as needed according to patient status. Duties include medical director responsibilities in nursing facilities contracted with SRCare. The SRCare team provides services to 10 facilities in Yakima County.

MD or DO degree required with particular interest and demonstrated competency in the care of geriatric and disabled patients. Graduate medical education and certification in geriatric medicine or in family medicine or internal medicine.
