Position Overview

Position: Physician – 15‑month maternity leave contract (June 2026 – September 2027), 0.7 Full‑time equivalent (24.5 hours per week). Part‑time regular position at the Queen West site of Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (PQWCHC), located in mid‑west downtown Toronto.

General Responsibilities

The Physician provides comprehensive, primary health care with emphasis on accessibility, health promotion, illness prevention, and continuity of care for clients, including families, children, refugees, and those experiencing homelessness, in a large urban catchment. The physician works independently and as part of a multi‑disciplinary team. Work is based at the Queen West site.
