The Physician Lead serves as a health-care professional and is able to handle a variety of health-related problems. The Physician Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Physician Lead focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keep a medical history and medical records. Refer the patient to specialists. Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job tasks and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer.
