COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $350,000 - $500,000+
- Sign-on bonus

CLINICAL PRACTICE
- Level II NICU
- Average daily census: 5 patients
- Experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- Dedicated NICU nursing staff
- 486-bed hospital with comprehensive services
- Transfer relationships with Level III/IV centers
SCHEDULE & CALL
- Physician on-site: 8 AM - 2 PM
- NNP coverage: 2 PM - 8 AM<...
