**Job Summary:**

**ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG)** is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our ENT practice in Sylvania, OH.

+ Monday – Friday outpatient clinic schedule
+ Join a collegial, dynamic team of 7 Otolaryngologists
+ Modern equipped office building which houses primary care physicians, multispecialty practices with ancillary services
+ “Built in” referral base and high volume
+ Additional Pay for two local metro area trauma facilities and ProMedica ENT Practice call expectation – Currently Rotating 1:7
