Summary VISN 7 Pathology and Laboratory medicine at WJB Dorn VA Medical Center seeks a Board-certified pathologist in anatomic and clinical pathology. The successful candidate will report to the chief of pathology and will share anatomical and clinical duties/responsibilities in Dorn VAMC, pathology and laboratory medicine. Staff Pathologists provide coverage as needed during the entire period 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Responsibilities Pathology coverage duties for Dorn VAMC primarily encompass general surgical pathology and cytopathology. This usually includes simple and complex surgical specimens from inpatient and outpatient settings including, but not limited to Dermatopathology, Gastrointestinal Pathology, Genitourinary Pathology, Hematopathology, and Head and Neck Pathology, and other body sites.
