St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician to join Stillwater Family Health Center in Stillwater, NY-offering strong practice support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for teaching and hybrid roles.

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
• Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
• Be supported by hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance
• Optionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students
