Job Description

                     Dates: ASAP-Mid August 
 Schedule: 8 hr shifts, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (8a-4p, 10a-6p, 11a-7p) 
 Setting: Family Practice & Urgent Care Clinic 
 Scope: All ages, 20-25 patients per shift, family medicine, urgent care, preventative care, chronic disease management 
 EMR: Athena 
 Required: TX license, BLS, ACLS preferred, DEA, 1 yr minimum experience
