Physician (Rostered Practice) - Markham

Job Summary

Medcan Health Management is looking for a Family Physician to join a rostered family practice in Markham at 600 Cochrane Drive.

Role

Practice will be scheduled for a minimum of 3 days a week in clinic from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Provide in‑depth, compassionate and preventative primary care to a relatively small roster of patients.
• Build strong relationships and understand all aspects of each patient’s health and wellness.
• Identify insights from same‑day testing to deliver clinical recommendations.
• Create comprehensive diagnoses and treatment plans that leverage our referral partners – referral process handled by our team.
• Participate in daily lunches, on‑site continuing medical education, and product development initiatives.
